2x 18.4GB Seagate Cheetah 36ES - 10K RPM - 5.2ms seek - 68-Pin - U160 - ST318406LW - OEM Drives $65 each shipped or both for $120.

1x 36GB Fujitsu MAP3367NP - 10K RPM - 4.5ms seek - 68-Pin - U320 I can't find where to check the warranty status online but it should be good with their 'no questions' 5 year policy. $120 shipped.

Adaptec 29160 U160 SCSI Card - In perfect condition. 5plug + terminated cable included. I may have an old 4-plug terminated U160 PVC cable I will also throw in free if I can find it. I basically have the whole retail package but the box is a mess. $110.00 shipped

All this stuff works great. I was using the two 36ESs in a WinXP software stripe and I was booting off the Fujitsu. I'm pretty sure I can get more than what I'm asking for these on eBay but if you think I'm too high, feel free to post an offer. I'd rather give the SF crew a deal.

Clocker,

I might be interested in the 36ES(s), I already have 1 of them and I might want to add a couple more. I will let you know soon.

I'm just simplifing my PC set-up to see what IDE is like now.

I bought a WD800JB from Blake a while back. Right now I'm running just that. I pulled the 29160, my 3 SCSI drives and the SBLive! from my system. THe single JB drive is a lot queiter than the 3 10K SCSI units.

Of course, anything I sell here is guaranteed no-DOA.

Sounds good! Let me know when you know what you are doing. I was planning on eBaying them tomorrow (Tuesday) evening on a 5-day auction so that it ends on Sunday.

ANy idea when you will know?

Thanks,

It has a slight whine but nothing I'd complain about. I'm pretty happy with it...

Clocker, I decided that I really don't need those extra drives. Go ahead and list them on eBay.

Clocker...do you still have the adaptec 29160 card for sale? I think my tekram is shitting the bed, I'm getting some odd SCSI resets constantly and I don't know why. I haven't changed a thing in my setup for almost a year.

Anyway, if you still have it I might be interested.

Damn those Cheetahs went for a lot less than I thought they would. I guess I should not have had the auctions end that early (especially during the President's speech).

Note to self...auctions ending after 9PM EST usually do better.

I would have paid more than that for them, I really should have been watching those auctions.
