They are bastards.

First, they send me an invoice (for a graphic card - item less than 1lb) with a shipping fee of 11.99$ and a handling fee of 1.99$. Their auction clearly states that the handling fee is 1.50$ for all items.
Payments Accepted For Domestic Bidders : BidPay, PayKo (PayPal friendly), PayPal.

Please note there is a $1.50 handling fee for all transactions regarding auction purchases.
Plus, they write that international buyers should visit their "about ME" section to know their shipping rate for their region. Which leads to this page, where it's, again, clearly written that default shipping to Canada (and Québec) for items less than 1lb is 13.49$.

So I tried to send them a message to tell them the amounts they charged me in their invoice are inappropriate. Written in their invoice :
You may also contact the seller via email to complete the sale at ecsauctions@mail.com. If contacting the seller directly, please do so within 3 business days. You should send payment directly to the seller.
So I send the message to this address, which they only reply with the following :
***PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL BEFORE REPLYING BACK***

Quite pissed, I re-write the following through their clumsy auctions follow-up system :

Later, here's the stupid answer they had for me :
no as stated all international shipping is a flat rate of $16.99 plus the stated insurance. the listed price for domestic shipping is $11.99 so there is no way that the international shipping rate is lower then the domestic. as stated in the About Me section of the auction all international shipping has a flat rate of 16.99 per packages which are under 1 lbs.
:eekers:

Where the Hell did that 16.99$ come from.

I want to avoid negative feeback, but these mofo are looking for it. What a bunch of clueless idiots!

Is there a way to contact eBay to complain about them and avoid negative feedback from such imbeciles?

I am omnipresent
Ebay does have an arbitration system but sellers and buyers are strongly encouraged not to use it.
I've complained to ebay several dozen times for fraudulent auctions and shill bidding. I've never seen any action taken. I doubt they'll do much for you either.

Too bad. I'll just pay the first invoice they sent me (they placed a lower shipping rate than supposed) and give them shit if they don't ship quickly.

I'll never buy again from them.
