Newegg and UPS special tracking arrangements?

Has anyone else noticed that the UPS tracking info you get through ups.com and the newegg shipment tracking utility is different and newegg includes more details? Usually the extra stuff you see are location scans etc but I find the extra detail interesting.

Take any UPS tracking number and prefix this to make it a URL:

http://www.newegg.com/Info/TrackOrder.aspx?TrackingNumber=1ZBunchONumbers

Appears to work on any tracking number, not just newegg shipments.

On the UPS site, after final delivery, the tracking page link just gives a shortened history. At least on pages I've looked at recently, if you click on a tab somewhere in the window of that page, you get a more detailed version that shows arrival and departure scans for the cities/locations/UPS substations, for the entire trip. YMMV
 
How about Newegg and special shipping arrangements? An order placed at 2PM yesterday with UPS ground showed up this morning at 9AM. That is awesome!
 
I'd say that's pretty darn good for ground shipping. Did you get anything fun?
