Hate to spoil the suspense, but no Seagate drive wins a performance test.

There is a shock, though, that the Samsung SP1213C (the SATA one) comes out in the top 3 in an awful lot of the tests, basically keeping company with the 7k250 through all the tests. Samsung drives just keep looking better.
