Palm Tungsten E

There's nothing wrong with this item, it is only a few months old. I just needed to get a Palm that works with the "Palm Universal Connector" because I need serial port connectivity at my work (they locked down the USB ports for "data security" reasons). So, I got a Tungsten T2. The Tungsten E only works with USB because there are no serial port connectivity options.

The screen is flawless. The silver exterior has a few very light scratches in areas where the leather flap rubs agains it.

Please make me an offer if you are interested.

I'll also throw in a miniSync cable as well...

BTW, the T5 (& Treo 650) will sport a new "universal" connector.

All the research I have done indicates there are *no* serial port connectivity options for the TE. Palm makes no cable for it and all the NGs and Forums indicate that it can't be done. It also uses some mini-USB connector (on the Palm side of the connection).

Anyway, the TT2 I'm getting uses the Universal Connector just like many of the other Palms do. Unfortunately, the TE does not. If it had the Universal Connector, I could use it with the Universal Serial cradle I got for $10 on eBay.

Maybe I'm missing something....please let me know if I am.
