Morning all,

Just wondering if anyone (Merc?) has the techsupport number for the above? Our Phaser 860 has a fatal error code (drum preheater is farked) and I need to contact them to get it fixed. And of course I don't know the login details to get into the members section of the website. I know, expecting service on a Sunday is wishful thinking.

Any help much appreciated.

OK, nevermind, it's 1-888-518-2076 and of course they turn off the technical support option over the weekend.

Farked is a close relation of knackered, buggered, and bloody load of plastic bollocks.

No worries Merc. In defense of Xerox, I called them today at 9am and the service guy arrived at 11am.
