problem Shipping Cost

At an online store I entered two addresses in the same zip code and the shipping costs were different. It is very odd since they are both standard residential addresses less than a mile apart. The FedEx and UPS rate calculator shows them to be the same.

Is there a different service listed for one? Something like I have noticed with fedex home delivery for small stuff not ends up transferring to US mail for final delivery. First I saw that I was a little confused.
