This is the problem entirely. Many of the problems already have solutions. But people don't want to give up anything personally.

Well, the original series had a point to it.

It's difficult to sum up a ten parts, but I'll do what I can: People rely upon technology, but don't know much about it. They expect technology to solve their problems.

You'd get a immensely more out of actually watching the show. Even without the denouement, it's an interesting watch.
