Which networked color printer?

Looking for a networkable color printer, preferably midrange inkjet. The application is to produce the occasional glossy presentation (with photos). I say networkable to exclude those pieces of bastardry such as host based printers, as well as drivers that won't play unless the printer is physically connected to that PC.

There's another minefield with USB print servers. So far the Netgear PS121 looks like a reasonable bet for compatibility; Linksys PSUS4 is definitely out, as is anything with the word D-Link on it. At least, that's the feedback I've seen so far. CNet makes a true bidirectional one that they explicitly claim allows the printer to report ink levels.

How about the Canon PIXMA iP4000R? Integrated ethernet + wireless. Not sure about the print quality from only three colors though; has anyone seen one?
