The charge on my card says 'TEMP' on it too. I think you're in good shape, Doug.

In upstate NY, till the end of the deer season :mrgrn:
Get any? Here in Florida we only have deer the size of dogs. Not that I hunt or object to legal hunting, but somehow it doesn't seem very fair to shoot a scraggly and sickly looking thing such as we have here unless it's to put it out of it's misery. Now if you after whitetail or mule deer that's another matter all together. Those are trophy animals big enough to put a serious hurt on a man.

Not yet, right now the season is only open for bowhunters, the regular season starts in about 3 weeks. The deer here are big, and there is massive overpopulation., which leads many to die from starvation. Lot's of people driving into them, can cause a lot of damage, not to mention deaths when people swerve and hit a power pole instead. This year they are issuing two Deer Management Permits (which allow you to take an antlerless deer), in addition to the buck tag.

I have a package from ups...I think my XP package came today. One small problem...the dork from UPS gave it to my neighbors across the hall and left me the note. Problem is, I have no idea who my neighbors are. Why the hell would they leave my package with someone else on purpose, and it was on purpose because the note said so.

Let's hope they aren't using it as a freezby! Anyway the most important part of the package is the CD-key. The media can be had from any source.

UPS can get a signature and consider the job done. I can imagine how the call to UPS would go if your neighbour decided to feed your package to his dog (or use it as a frisbee). I've concluded from my experience with UPS that the U does indeed stand for useless.

I've heard of stories where the UPS man throws packages containing firearms (which by law cannot be mailed via USPS) over the backyard fence and considers that delivery!

Fortunately my UPS guy is a kind hearted soul, and I love him very much *knock on wood*

Yes, CD key is the most important. I already have a legit copy of the media and a key, so I can use that... I couldn't pass up another legit copy for $39 though...

They better leave my package alone or I'm gunna be mad! :boom:
