WTB: Something cheap with 66MHz / 64bit PCI slot

So, I'm looking to buy something cheap that has at least 1 66MHz / 64bit PCI slot or PCI-X slot for an experiment. Socket A or Socket 478 using DDR preferred unless it comes with a processor and RAM.

Yeah, I was going to say P4SCT, liked my old one and a friend is still using it.

I came across the P4SCT but it's $$$ (even used) whereas the P4SCI is much cheaper. Assuming my experiment works will work just fine for the intended target application.
