Tea, my sentiments exactly! I posted here once where I uninstalled NAV2003 and totally lost my internet connection. Then I was not bothered to do a REGEDIT. So I just re-installed Windows. In my opinion, Symantec is becoming like Microsoft where "If you can't beat 'em, buy 'em out" Cheers, Edward

I installed FireFor 0.9.1 on a newly reformatted computer (set it as default browser). Then I used it to go to Microsoft Office Download Center to download updates for MS Office. I found that all the text are jumbled together and all the icons are missing on the MS Office Download page. But...

Hi sechs, Is your laptop the IBM R50? The reason I ask is that I accidentally left a USB thumbdrive connected to my IBM T41 and rebooted my laptop. Upon reboot, my laptop tried to boot from the USB thumbdrive. Maybe your laptop can also boot from USB devices as well. Cheers, Edward

I don't know about the other Series but my IBM T Series (T41) does not have a Windows key. I rarely use the Windows key and does not miss it at all. Cheers, Edward

I don't know, Merc. For computer-savvy people like we SF members (well, maybe not me :oops: ), liquid coooling will be great for us to push the limits of the system. But for the average computer user who would not upgrade their systems for yonks, will it create long term problems like leakage...
