Haha, no kidding.
Regular maintenance fluids and other are about $50-100 every couple years
Ball joints, cv shafts, tires and brakes are about $100/wheel every 5-10 years
Engine and transmission are about $3000 each when needed.
An oil change only costs like $30. My time is more valuable than that. Plus I'm running 10k miles between changes so I only pay maybe 5 times a year.
I'm coming up on the 180k maintenance interval in about a month. I'll have them flush and replace engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid...
I used these instructions to connect OL2010 to Google Apps via IMAP. My mailbox is less than .5G though. I would be glad to test with credentials you PM me.
Have you checked into what shipping it will cost? Consider if your friend might get more value out of a donation of the shipping cost combined with his/her own money.
I hate to see unused hardware go to waste too but sometimes it's just not worth it.
I did some reading on the series mode surge supressors. Thanks, SD.
Once of the limitations of MOV based devices is that every surge uses it up a little bit. Large surges more than small ones. In practice on good quality devices an MOV going bad is protected by a fuse and triggers a light on...
No sources in particular but this place indicated the dell part number is 460Y1 for both keyboards. Hope that helps in your search. They are all over ebay.
There is also something to be said for wanting the system fixed and also not wanting to be at a competitive disadvantage. Calling him a hypocrite is simplastic.
Acknowledged. Can the government just claim the money it has made as income? No, but it can reduce its debt that way.

You can obviously compare them. You have to compare them just to be able to say you can't compare them* but I understand your sentiment.
They are obviously conceptually similar so the question is...
Am I the only one concerned that so many people think you can reliably spend your way out of debt?
Can someone give me an example where I can reliably do it personally 'cause I'm ready to spend away.
Time, you have stated that companies routinely borrow money and that governments can reasonably be expected to do the same.
When does the amount or regularity with which a company borrows become a concern? How about a government?
With the agreement that companies typically borrow either as a...
I don't think the IMAP protocol has the native ability to push.
IICR, before Google had the exchange capability they would send a trigger message through Apple's push notification service to get the phone to initiate a connection back to the mail server. It never really worked very well but...
OK, scratch the previous, turrets-like post.
I have set up 4 of my own iPhones over the last 2-3 years and I've also up to 15 phones owned by other people all connecting to Gmail as at least one of the servers...
Why would you want to use IMAP proper on the phone unless you just had to?!
