It also doesn't seem to go well on the 4G slide, screwing up some of the very features I wanted, like Wifi. It's not exactly like rooting newer phones is an exact science. Kind of reminds me of trying to get Linux to work on a box that didn't have all the components picked for compatibility.

At this point, I'd just be happy being able to easily root my phone back into a clean version of 2.34 Gingerbread.
