Looks like my personal winner is the Soltek SL-K890Pro-939. 4 SATA Ports, Gigabit, 3xIDE, 2 PCI slots, digital in- and output via TOSLink, proper Via chipset. Of course, I understand the current Via 939 chipset is sub-optimal, but I'd still take it over nvidia.
