These days if you're buying prebuilts for anything other than laptops you kind of deserve what you get, IMO. I can see the case for enterprise-level hardware where you want to have one big manufacturer to hold answerable for support issues, but for your average joe, spend a couple hours time doing research and save yourself a few hundred bucks. Building has never been easier.
