4K sector drives and RAID cards

I wish the 2TB 7200 RPM drives were cheaper. (I'm not counting the slow Hitachi oldie.) My 2TB WD2001FASS is almost twice as much, but worth it.

I wonder when we will have 3x667GB 7200 ROM drives, or will there be 4x750GB 3TB drives first?

So, I've been told by a vendor that Samsung has discontinued the HD203WI and it seems the supply is fast drying up.
