The answer depends on your OS. Using XP, yes if you don't encounter an EDID issues. Using Vista or 7, most likely... There's a work around for the EDID problems for those two.

Win 7. It sees the receiver (Pioneer 1018AH-K) fine. I know it does 2 channel fine because I was using it to play House off the Fox website for the wife. I guess I'll just have to get a BD drive and find out.

For what it's worth, my new system plays my sound, and video unreal.
NVIDIA. The same setup, on ATI 4670 sucks...
