I designed and print my own, but I tend to have a very small volume. If you need to create specialized graphics then you'll need a graphic designer that you can work with at a local level. If you have a relationship with a local printer then that may be the way to go. If you need volume at the cheap, there are internet companies that specialize in generic business cards at a low cost.

Turns out MSFT Publisher 2000 is far easier to use then MSFT Word 2007, for that task...
