We have a number of computers using a 3Ware RAID controller. The 3Ware monitoring software uses e-mail to notify someone if there is a problem. Unfortunately, it can only send to two (?) addresses.
Our e-mail system uses Outlook.
Does anyone know of a way to have Outlook recieve one e-mail and then automatically forward the message to multiple addresses?

Thanks,

Bozo :joker:

I don't know enough about Outlook and Exchange (I'm just an end-user of that garbage), but I do know it's possible to create a distribution list with Exchange. One address could therefore reach multiple recipients. Would that solve your problem?

On the 3Ware cards I have, it asks for the SMTP server and the e-mail addresses to be sent to/from. You could set up a rule in Outlook to forward e-mails from the card to multiple people, or (IIRC) you can type the name of the distribution list into the "to" field.
