File Backup

I'm looking for a good utility for file backup by 1:1 synchronization to another drive, preferably one I can buy online today. Thanks.

XCOPY is built into Windows and offers a multitude of option/switches.
SyncToy is a freebee from MS.
RoBocopy is another freebee from MS. Think XCopy on steroids.

I really like this one: http://www.moonsoftware.com/bmagic.asp I run it as a scheduled task every night to backup files to my NAS as well as a 2nd hard drive in my computer.

robocopy was the first thing that came to mind also.

I've used something called SecondCopy in the past and it worked well.

I use beyond compare to mirror my thumb drive between my laptop and the drive. I like it because you get to choose which is newer and what you don't want on the drive has all sorts of options too. May also be used to compare files. Not free though.
