How to let a user send e-mails with a different address in an Exchange environment?

I'm stuck on this one. One of my users need to be able to send e-mails from multiple e-mail addresses. I can add many e-mail addresses from which she can receive e-mails, but there's only one from which she can send messages.

I can't figure out how to do this.

No, I cannot use a POP3 account.

This is Exchange 2003, running on Windows Server 2003. It will soon change, but I have to do this sooner than the change will happen.
