Kids are always coming up with those wild schemes. One question leaps to mind. If the system leaks and floods or other damage is incurred, would the insurance cover it, assuming that the plumbing modifications were not done by a licensed contractor?

Looks brilliant to me, and a professional looking installation as well. Considering how much energy we put into heating some things and cooling others, it's a nice thought to just be moving around the same heat instead.
