Jailbroken iPad

A customer just bought an iPad off eBay, and it has Cydia on it. I believe this means it has been jailbroken? I'm to prepare this for her use, but I know nothing of this, and neither will she.

Is there a way to un-jailbreak it? What are the limitations of leaving it they way it is? Will it turn itself into a brick at some point? Have some virus that will steal her app store info?

Yup, jailbroken.

Just restore it via itunes, will be completely unjailbroken after that.

Or don't, personally I think it adds a lot of usability to the thing. I have a jailbroken ipod.
