Locking down a system...

I'm trying to best secure my gaming systems from happy hacking hands.

The things I'd like to do:

Disable all the nasty keyboard shortcuts
Disable File downloads from IE

The "internet options" panel is disabled using my client software, so a setting in there would work. I'd like to offer Firefox, but I'd need to lock it down as well.

You should be able to sufficient lock-down a workstation with accounts and security policies. You'll need to reference what policies to add/change/etc. to tweak the setup to your liking.

Yeah, I figured it would be possible though policies or reg hacks...just hoping for a pointer to a guide or something...

The existing options are straight-forward. I'm not sure if they'll do everything that you want however.
