I finally have an excuse to order some of these. I intend to use them for systems in unattended kiosks at mines and the like. I'm hoping they will not only keep fan speeds down (therefore reducing the amount of dust flowing through the system) but will be able to provide basic environmental monitoring as well (the thermal printer doesn't work if the paper going in is sub-zero).

Has anyone had a chance to play with these? Any tips?

Seems a bit frivolous for business use. Probably interesting in a home system, though.
