Need to buy PCI ISDN cards...where?

I'm building some smoothwall machines for a client way out in the boonies. The fastest connection we can get out there is ISDN. I'm using smoothwalls as they are easy to tie into our current VPN solution. However, it appears that the smoothwall only directly supports PCI ISDN cards (not external ones) and I can't find them anywhere.

Help?
