I was poking' around The Inquirer today and I found an article about L Technologies.

I don't remember any one discussing this company before, but they have a fancy site. Some of it seems like marketing hype, but part of me wants this:

If you have a few minutes to spare, take a gander at their site.

I don't even have a desk big enough for that monitor. Tea, get Tannin to order one for a customer...take it home for a test drive and let us know how it is. :)

What do you think the return policy is for dead pixels..45?

Somewhere in time.
Their site looks like Apple's!

I can't decide if they're for real or it's somebody's idea of a joke.

Did you check out the "Extreme" desktop? Looks like it comes pre-overclocked. And what's this PuRam stuff?? And "Up to 74 full-length 32-bit or 64-bit optional PCI Slots Modules"! And "Thermal control architecture: Air cooled compressor electronic unit."

Sweet dreams!

Like I said, some of their site looks like marketing hype, and some of it is interesting. :)

[Browsing the specifications...]

Hmmm...

13/15ms rise+fall time (combined)
750/800:1 contrast ratio
300/350 cd/m² brightness
185° viewing angles

[...]

...and 12499$ for the model I'd like to have. Credit card, even when empty, not big enough.

Guess I'll pass.

[run to the store to buy lotery tickets]

No, it means you can still see the screen even when it's really, really warm.

Wow! Not only is my desk to small, but so is my office. Tea, indeed, get the old man to buy one, we'll all come over and try it out.
