ULi is only worth 52 million U$? That was pocket change for nVidia. So maybe their future nForce chipsets will have better SATA performances than they currently have.
As for ATI, this is a serious blow to their chipset business. They better hurry their SB600 and hope it is a lot better than their current SB450.
