Offline and local backup software

I am interested in software for both online backup (for offsite) and local backup (for restore speed) for a group of workstations. I'm looking at a RAID1 NAS for local backup but I'm having difficulty locating software.

Ideally, I'm looking for something from a single vendor to reduce the chance of conflict (ie. speed issues).

Clients backing up to a TrueImage Server that mirrors the data to a remote server someplace else, maybe?

Yeah, on Monday I'm going to continue looking at the Netgear ReadyNASDuo. If the provided software is inadequate I'll use TI Home I guess. They don't have a server.

Probably get one for the other site too and cross backup. I need to check if the TI Home license allows use at a business.
