For $7000, I think I'd get a kick-ass backend system and 802.11 to Terminal Services or something. I can't think of any reason to carry around something like that.

The company intro sort of says why they designed such monsters. On site video editing, on location.

Looks like they might also be using solid state ram disks with the machines.

Wonder what they use those for?

Methinks that "laptop" notebook should include asbestos briefs. :mrgrn: I can just see someone with fried nads suing them for causing infertility.
