Hi
I'm always getting forms made in .PDF that require me filling them out. Mainly from doctors.

Does anyone have a program that works to fill out forms that doesn't cost a monthly tuition fee?

I just got done filling out a form with PDFFiller, and at the end, it asks me for a subscription.
:rrrrrrrr!!!!:::

Thank you

Somewhere in time.
If the PDF form is made correctly, Adobe Reader should be able to fill it out - no PDF editor required. If it was designed to be used as a paper form, you're outta luck; will need a PDF editor to create text-boxes for your responses. I believe there are free PDF editors available; Google.

Could have sworn I posted a response to this...

Anyway, thanks for that suggestion Merc, I kicked the tires on it and while I'm not thrilled about its inclusion of a "Copilot" like feature or that it seems to be really enthusiastic about asking for feedback... I mostly prefer software that does its job and stays out of my way, myself... I was eminently able to do simple edits in it without any trouble at all. It looks like it's leveraging .NET as I saw a few related DLLs get dumped in its folder, I wonder what version it's on, if it could be persuaded into running on Framework 4.8 or maybe even 4.0... It'd be a handy tool to have on platforms that top out at those versions.

It's not going to replace SumatraPDF for reading them, not by a long shot when SumatraPDF is exactly what I like in software and it's speedy to boot, but I at least have a free tool for filling out forms in my back pocket now.
