Powershell

Has anyone made any serious attempt to learn Powershell yet? I'm playing with Exchange 2008 and there are features that are not exposed in the GUI that must be configured with Microsoft's new command line interface.

From what I've read it is heavily based on .net, so if you have a .net development background that would probably come in handy.

Yeah, it would. But I'm typically allergic to programming.

I've "played" with Powershell a little bit, but haven't found a good reason to get right into it.

I ended up buying a book. I don't know when I'll have time to look at it, but at least I have some kind of reference. It's probably been 20 years since I typed in a command line where I didn't have any idea why I was typing what I typed.

I do not like that feeling.
