A client has a desktop and a laptop. He also has an exchange server in his office and 5-10 POP3 accounts. He wants to sync all the accounts with both machines seamlessly...help?

You can buy Exchange addons to allow Exchange to pick up POP3 mail, or you could use a Linux PC with fetchmail to deliver them to Exchange. You SHOULD migrate them all to IMAP or something, which would handle the "seemless" part well enough, since it at least leaves behind the confusion and annoyance of the POP3 inboxes.
