Either just audio or full video.

I lived with Skype for Business for four years; I have no desire to repeat this. What other products do people recommend or hate?

Sharing (presenting) a screen is really helpful, but I'm having trouble working out which products even do this.

We use Skype and it often sucks. WebEx is much better, but I understand it costs more per seat for an organization.
I have noticed some smaller companies using the Zoom. It seems OK from the outsider perspective.

We've switched from GoTo Meeting to Google Hangouts at work. GoTo worked better, but the latter is free AFAIK.

My work has switched from Webex to Zoom. The experience has been ok so far. Same old issues happen in meeting rooms with people trying to connect and can't, etc but when it works, it's fine.

Used webex for years, now on microsoft teams. Seems like webex nailed the audio better than teams. And the UI for teams is just confusing.
