Working on some webpages recently, I found that Opera 9 and IE6 were happy with my CSS coding, Firefox 1.5.0.6 was not. Now, I'm not saying that my coding is perfect, because it certainly is not. But after seeing that little snafu and then seeing the acid2 test failure, I wonder how long Firefox's popularity will last.

I am omnipresent
I'm given to understand that Firefox is closer to full Acid2 compatibility than IE6 is or IE7 will be. If "standards compliance" were fully a selling point for a browser, IE wouldn't still have 80something percent of the browser market, would it?

I'd rather have a fully standards-compliant browser than not, but not at the expense of using software as flawed as I know Opera to be.
