User Outlook inbox is empty?

Office of 50 employees. All running XP and Office 2003, Outlook is connected to an Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. One user has an empty inbox. All other users operating fine.

This inbox had many items, now it is empty. The connection to exchange works fine, calendar, contacts, sending, it all is as expected. Incoming mail (from inside or outside the domain) fails to arrive without error message. Nothing in the event log, no rules. Connecting via OWA shows that it is empty on the server as well.

The Googles do nothing. Thanks in advance.

Is she delivering to Exchange or to her PST?

Yup. Turns out she was logging onto a Terminal Server she shouldn't have been and had configured that as POP3 to PST. Of course, she couldn't tell me this, and is still in denial. She just called and said "you won't believe this, but I just logged on to TS3 for fun, and there is my mail! Why would that be?".

I would call her on it, but what is the point?
