I had to stay home from work today because I have vertigo. Doctor said it's from some really bad congestion I got from allergies over the weekend that somehow is messing around with my inner ear. It is freaking bizarre. If I force myself to walk long enough, I can get to the point where I'm going to barf. This sucks.

Not to make light of your situation, but Vertigo is the name of a movie too. A good one at that. Maybe you can find it to watch while you are recuperating. (Elkie Summers is not hard to look at either)
Obviously it's an old movie....

I wouldn't watch the movie while I had it; there are a number of scenes where the camera work would be messing with you (odd angles, no points of reference, random movement).

There is a tango dancer in the community that has it permanently. She can only stand if she doesn't let go of you, but she is quite good in close embrace with her eyes closed.
