Nope, at least I haven't searched for one. But every time RAM has started to rise at my suppliers like it did today, the prices have rising for several weeks/months afterwards. I'm pretty sure it's a trend and it will last for a while.

I may build a system sometime after Christmas. Any new RAM technology/speeds/standards going to be out at that time or should it be the same stuff available now?

Not that I'm awared of. DDR3 1600MHz still should be the sweat spot even in February.
