Western Digital 120GB and 160GB 7.2Krpm SATA arrives

Just saw that ten minutes ago on the price list of one of my suppliers. Maybe I missed something, but I wasn't awared of any previous SATA drives from Western Digital except the 10Krpm 36GB Raptor. Model numbers are WD1200JD and WD1600JD for the 120GB and 160GB respectively. Both features 8MB cache and 3 years warranty.

If this isn't news, sorry for bloating the forum.

June 11th press release, hmmm...

WD Caviar SE SATA hard drives are available in capacities of 120, 160, 200 and 250 GB and feature 8 MB cache buffer, 7,200 RPM, SecureConnect, FlexPower and three-year warranty.

Guess I was on another planet last week.
