Western Digital's RMA are fine in Québec.

I asked for an advanced replacement for a defective WD400JB through their web site and the drive arrived just two days later. Dunno about their service elsewhere on the globe but here, it cannot be better. I see no reason to complain about them.

I've had Maxtor, Quantum, IBM and Seagate drives failing too. Shit happens.

There was no important data on this drive anyway.
