The big one there is windows support for NFS, which is the clunky yet fast UNIX filesharing protocol. If you've got a Windows Server and a Linux box, I'd recommend at least trying it out.

btw, I think the big thing is the ability to run Unix/linux code within windows. There are tons of *nix only applications that I dont et a chance to try out... although perhaps thera re better linux emulators for this purpose.
