    How to convey an idea

Very, very nice Chewy. When I grow up, I want to be like you, and Tannin, and et al. I took a two week hiadous from jogging, but started up again this past week. I can't believe how two weeks off really makes a difference.

My current speakers are similar to the ones you referenced. I mounted them on stands so that they would be a few inches above the back of my sofa and there wouldn't be any damage to my walls. I put them at the outer corners of the sofa and then pointed them in at an angle. The effect is good.

Those Rocket surround speakers would seem to work nice behind the audience if there were perpendicular walls nearby on both sides.

Another UPS thread (not the shipping company)

If you have decent power in your house, I would recommend the APC BE750BB. If there is a lot of interference on your lines, or constant fluctuations, I would recommend the APC SUA1000 or SUA1500.

    Buying keyboards in bulk

Why would you need so many keyboards in reserve? Because they don't last very long or can only handle a couple years of daily use? If that is the case, what is the point of purchasing used keyboards? How much longer do you expect these used keyboards to last?

    Audio Equipment

I have no current plans of purchasing audio equipment, however, I do have some audio equipment questions. While looking at different brands and devices, I've come across a setup using a B&K Reference 50 S2 processor and a B&K Reference 200.7 S2 amp. Any opinions on that equipment?

HD Keeps Spinning Down: How to ID?

I just cannot see the drive passing through the recertifcation process at Samsung. When the drive arrives, it will be physically inspected (to make sure it hasn't been tampered). Then it will be put in a test chamber with many other drives and tested by proprietary software much is more...

    740 New

Maybe. Drive manufacturers will also use alternate formats if they can't yield prime. So, your new retail purchased WD360ADFD could be using two sides of one platter with a different format than a prime WD740ADFD single platter variety.

    Antec's 2007 Product Lineup

    300W PS can't power this?

During spinup, the WD800JB peaks at roughly 1.43A for the 12V line and peaks at roughly 350mA for the 5V line. It is also possible that one of the new system components is faulty.

    Furniture?

I forgot to mention, this also includes consignment shops. Older furniture, such as sofas, are typically better constructed. Buying an old couch because of it's build quality and then putting on new upholstery might do the trick. My most recent sofa is a leather loveseat for my office from...
