Helium is harder to contain than hydrogen, as the H2 molecule diameter is larger than the He1 molecule. IIRC the Russians are building heavy lift lighter-than-air craft to transport heavy equipment to remote northern/Siberian outposts for oil/mineral extraction, so there might be suitable...

question Is an Intel E8400 CPU compatible with an Intel D946GZIS MB?

E8400 uses a 1333 MHz FSB. Looks like that board's chipset only supports up to 1066 FSB speeds. So E8400 probably won't work in that board, and even if it does, it will lose 30% of performance.

AFAICT, you want Elkhart 32824. Elkhart apparently lists their tees as A x B x C, where C is the middle part diameter, so 1 x 1 x 3/4 has the 3/4" perpendicular to the 1" . Of course, I might be wrong and then you are out $5 :)

    question Which Tablets

On a lark I bought a Lenovo ideatab Lynx for $350 from Amazon. So far it seems to be fine; more responsive than I expected. Display is nice (IPS) and it plays 720p MKV files via MPC-HC just fine. Win8 isn't as annoying on touch-screen as on a standard ATX desktop, but they really should have...

    Machine_Check_Exception 0x9c

Well, the 3 most probable suspects at this point are PSU, CPU, MB. PSU is the oldest component (Antec NeoHE 500), so if one of the secondary caps went, it might have trouble outputting enough 12V. CPU/MB is i5-2500 on Gigabyte P67X-UD3-B3 (so revised version of P67) with all solid capacitors -...

True Spirit 140 might fit the new case; it is 170mm tall, and the Arc Midi R2 says it will take a 180mm cooler. I agree that it is a better cooler than the Evo and if the price delta isn't too bad I'd go with it or the True Spirit 120.

Does that case have front USB3 ports? If not, I would find another one... As for HSF, the informal consensus (that is, what I've picked up from browsing the web) is that the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo is the value leader @$30ish. The one I have on my i7-3820 (130WTDP) works well. I think it...
