Getting PowerDVD to play Bluray on XP Pro, or, I got it to work, but don't know why?

Monoprice has flat 30 foot HDMI cables for $27. You will be able to set the DVD region in Windows Control Panel->Device manager. It's one of the tabs. You will likely have a limited number of changes, there is region free firmware for some drives to get unlimited changes.

Yeah I would have no issues with 4, 5 and 6. At that age they just enjoy the space action etc. The other three are far darker in scope, killing kids/decapitations etc. The originals ftw! BTW the boy-ray versions look and sound great, much better than the 480/576 line pap we have seen before.

No issues with the touchpad yet, the pad is centered on the alphanumeric keyboard, there is a full 10 key numpad further to the right so visually the pad location looks off, it actually falls perfectly to hand whilst it is sitting on the lap. Might not be the best setup for left handers though.

One of the issues with some of the 30" monitors is the horrible input lag due to the scaler implementation (the Dell 3011 being a prime example). That said, there's no substitute for pixels on the screen. Is it too much to hope for a 4K res 30" screen I'm the future?
