Pretty sure at least one pilot is paying reasonable attention to what the plane is doing in time and space at all times. The "autopilot" in a Tesla is doing far more than a planes autopilot. In both cases the operator needs to be in a position where he can take back control in a rapid fashion...

At the $600 pricepoint I would suggest something like the Denon X3300W: It has pre outs so you can hook up outboard amps if needed. Down from $999 because this is last years model (no major changes) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HL8KYAY Of course $200 more will get you to the X4300W which can...

So the interesting thing there is that the victim (a reserve cop who drives full time) was the only survivor after he was run into by a guy being chased by the state police, apparently outside of department chase protocols. If they could have got some dirt on the reserve cop, could have muddied...

Hmm, so the Yoga 710 apparently doesn't have a digitizer, so Windows Ink wont work. Would have been nice if the sales guy knew that before selling the Office 365 + Bamboo pen bundle. My mum picked up a Yoga 710 today. 11.6" 1080p screen with i5, 8gb of ram and 128gb ssd. $550 at Bestbuy. Pretty light and compact, however the first thing it did after initial bootup questions was to ask to download 4GB of OS updates. Windoes 10 - just pure garbage.

My wife has the 9.7" S2, it does have a very nice display. The only negative I find is the lack of fast charging capability but I don't think anything of that era had that. The 8" definiely wont fit in a pocket like the 2013 Nexus can, just too wide with 4:3.
