I thought SuperPunch was interesting for the visuals. I like Immortals about as much.

I only have the 4 but I thought I discovered the same kind of security hole with the double-click home then camera soft button. Basically, if you manually lock it you do not have to enter a pin code until the auto-lock time has been reached. Or at least sometime longer than 10 seconds. I have...

    Opti-UPS?

At the time I bought mine it was the only company producing true sine wave UPSs for consumer prices.

Replacement batteries are pretty easy to find. So that's good.

I wasn't thinking of anything specific. More like getting the best raw footage for some as yet unknown format. Like what ever will come after 1080p.

Shaving solutions, or, what do Gilette and all those companies do with all their $?

I shave in the shower by feel. It softens up the hairs but it also makes it a simple procedure to clean the head. I would make an incredible mess at the sink.

So umm, yeah...some people take this very seriously. http://badgerandblade.com/vb/forumdisplay.php/50-Razor-Blades-(Reviews) One thing I did learn is that I managed to buy blades that rate very poorly. At least my iron skin survived better than others even if the beard did too.

The Gillette I bought off EBay is pre 1951 and I paid about $10 for it. But yes, Merkur still makes them new.

Shaving solutions, or, what do Gilette and all those companies do with all their $?

Several people here have tried or are currently using and old school safety razor. I was disappointed with the performance of mine, never getting a close shave. But I admit I bought the first set of blades I could find. Who makes the best blades?

    Portable printer for an iPad?

What apps do you want to print from? What apps even have a print button? I saw some offering from Google to print emails or PDFs that would direct the print job from Google at your external IP but It sounds like that is too narrow an application for what you're looking for.

    Hydronic Underfloor Heating

Both floor heating systems I've seen have been embeded in concrete with tile on top. Very enjoyable. As best as I can tell they intend for you to install that product aluminum/pipe side up. Hopefully you have something protective in mind to put on top even if its not the flooring you want...

    Large-scale water cooling (heat transfer)

My halloween costume was actually a picture of the back half of a donkey package taped to my t-shirt. Untucked t-shirt and other dishevelment included. I knew everyone else was probably going to be putting significant effort in and I don't really like costumes. It was my half-assed costume.

    Large-scale water cooling (heat transfer)

Even including that paragraph being poorly written from a scientific standpoint it backs me up. Large-scale water cooling (heat transfer)

Anti-freeze in no way improves heat transfer rates. Water has a much, much lower viscosity so you'd waste energy at the pump; and I wouldn't think there would be any danger of boiling or freezing. Also, in a closed system evaporation is either not possible or irrelevant. Good idea about the...

I have had a couple of electric razors but none of them shave as close as the Mach 3 which doesn't consistently shave as close as the sensor before it. Even the safety razor I have doesn't shave as close and is much more likely to cut me. I shave in the shower every day for the most part and...
