Ha, I thought you were going the way of communication with extra-terrestials or burning off the atmosphere from the inside or "magnifying glass-ing" a nearby moon.
What I was trying to describe was for home use. I fear the amount of construction for infrastructure is too high for our solution. I was thinking of something like the Ghostbusters ghost capture device. You plug it into the wall or maybe into a transformer and leave the little ob in the floor...
So Public Funding is the only thing that matters to you. Even if all the public's health care needs were met, it seems like you would not be satisfied unless it was done with public funding. Just because people do not get public assistance does not mean they do not get assistance. Your modes of...
I was thinking of some technology that could be embedded in the floor of the garage or maybe mounted to the garage wall that could recharge the vehicle from a distance. 18/6/3". Whatever need be the distance. But does such an phenomena exist to allow recharging from a distance.
I have been thinking about the feasability of a hybrid for me in my current situation.
Frankly, while the car would get great gas milage I fear for the engine. I don't think it would ever run for long enough to get hot enough to get proper oil circulation.
The first 30 seconds of an engine...
I'm not sure if that's accurate and if it is I'm not sure what difference it makes. This sounds like an argument "to the man" not the issue. I get these terms confused, Is that Ad Hominem?
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PHARMACEUTICALS: EVIDENCE FROM NINE COUNTRIES

“Drug price differentials between countries roughly reflect income differences (except for Chile and Mexico),” finds a new...
Are there any Canadian pharma companies doing research? This is what you pay for with high priced drugs.
You might find these articles interesting.

I once used Quicken, I now have Money.
Even with the mostly automated downloading of bank balances and charges/credits, I find it's more trouble than it's worth. I'm a bit obsessive but I'm learning there's no time for it. :)
So, Honda started the luxury car company trend with Acura followed by Lexus and Infiniti. Is Toyota starting the cheap car company trend with Scion? Will every market segment eventually have a car company to call their own?
Undoubtedly the GPUs would need to be pin compatible. I seriously doubt ATI is forward thinking enough to consider pin compatibility among their GPUs. That pretty much leaves NV and we know that their unified drivers won't have a problem between GPUs. That is to say, among a fleet of laptops...
I think a you should not try to put all that equipment into your HTPC. The more equipment the more cooling the more cooling the more fans. The more fans the higher the ambient temperature and noise of the listening area. Not an enjoyable HT experience in my opinion.
We need to decide on who the audience is.
IMO rounded cables are inappropriate for production equipment, since they are not supported by the spec.
On the other hand, they would be fine for enthusiast use.
What's an approximate Canadian universal health care premium?
Since the FDA does not have the power to punish pharmes ..pharma.. drug manufacturers in Canada I don't see how they could ever legitimize the widespread purchase of Canadian manufactured drugs.
If you can, also confirm current refresh rate with the monitor bezel controls. I had a couple monitors that would flicker if the refresh rate was set higher than the monitor supported. When it goes wonky does Windows ID the monitor correctly?
Hopefully I'm not flogging the obvious but while front channel speakers do work fine in the wall, they may not work well in the ceiling as it is important to point them at the listener. Rear channel speakers do not need to be pointed at the listener.
Of course the speaker most need to be...
I think the stock-holders have forgotten what it means to hold stock. On a related note, the company I work for went after the departing CEO to get a finder or four of that handshake back, he did so badly.
Someone I know came to the US for her surgery because she felt the waiting list in Canada was too long. Fortunately her parents could afford it.
She needed to have a heart-valve fixed. She would have died on the waiting list.
Not exactly true although I know what you meant. What I enjoy seeing (ha ha) in the supermarket line is paying for the bread and milk with food stamps and paying for the Doritos, beer and cigarettes with cash. I just about pee my myself when they throw the groceries into the back of a 5-year...
I took the test three years ago, right before it changed. 95 was the OS.
Blake don't forget that the test is designed for beginners so the questions (and OS differnences) may be fairly superficial. That is to say the questions involving OS differences may focus on the superficial.
Are you aware...
I think you over estimate the computing prowess of the typical user. How many general computer users know words like "popups" or "window"? How many general computer users know that WindowsTM is not just a marketing term but actually applies to something technical. I think I shone in my first...
As related to my quote earlier, the cost models for these programs are usually wrong because they fail to take into account how many people that do not need it (who were previously paying their way) will start taking advantage of the new service. It's not magic. If you make something attractive...
There is a lot of speculation going around that someone could be poor enough that they could not get either emergency care or advisory/preemptive medical care.
Forget statistics, can anyone provide even an anecdote that this is true?
Health insurance was not common until WWII. It only became common as an incentive to women to come to work for them rather than the other guy. The benefit had been in place for so long that once the men returned this benefit was expected.
The companies are few and far between that consider...
I'm pretty sure that's incorrect. I believe he/she currently lives in Norway or Sweden (Sweden I think) but he is not from there. His preoccupation with prescription drugs is personal.
