This is probably your wireless NIC, being too stupid to attach to the network without seeing its SSID. Make sure that you have updated drivers and firmware (if applicable) for the NIC. What's the NIC and what OS is on the laptop?

The default theme is now Classic. That, however, doesn't look like Modern (the other theme that comes with Mozilla). Since that's the mail component, it's going to be harder to find out what it is.

These things do not help. I'm a member of broadbandreports.com. Every forum has the search function at the top and links to FAQs and other useful info. People frequently post the same questions, despite given easy access to the answer. Someone on the website has apparently tasked himself...

Why would you need to go to a second disk? You can fit over 9GB (four hours or so) on a single side. You should be able to fit the Godfather Saga on two sides of a single disk.

Please remember that you don't get access to those plugin's fuctionalities if they are not loaded....

Windows programs should be more OS/2 compatible... that would make like more bearable.

After having Windows eat itself this morning, I came back, put the terminator back on the cable (it is multimode LVD/SE), and jumpered the drive to not terminate. Lo and behold it works and the controller does not complain. I have no idea why it didn't before, but I did swear at the drive...
