Demonoid.com has a cracked OSXx86 10.4.4 (that's the shipping version) generic install DVD online. No support for nVidia graphics (go Apple!) or CPUs that don't have SSE2, and AMD users have to apply another patch to make it work, but it's out there.

You'll want to check the performance first. I don't think there's anything wrong with dual core or with that 2GB of RAM, but what's up with the super-custom 1U chassis and motherboard? If you're spending that much why not go SuperMicro?
